Audibly Visual Entertainment Ltd t/a Audibly Visual (Us, Our, We or Audibly Visual for the purpose of  this statement) provide AV and Event services to clients within the UK. This statement explains why, how and when we collect and process your data. If you have any questions about this statement, you can contact us by emailing privacy@audiblyvisual.com. The Type of Information We Collect
We currently collect and process the following information:
•    Your name
•    Your email address
•    Your phone number
•    Your address and the address of the site where any of our services will be provided
•    Details about the services you are interested in
•    Device data, such as IP address, operating system or browser type
•    Website usage 

•    Financial information, such as bank or card payment details (via our payment partners)

 


How we get the personal information and why we have it
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
•    To provide any of the services / goods offered by the business, or quotations for these
•    To ensure you receive relevant future information from us regarding the business, products, services and future opportunities
•    To process payment for services via our payment partners
•    To provide ongoing support for services or goods
•    To book appointments for discussion about services or goods we can offer
•    To allow the business to operate, maintain a customer database and account for transactions completed or due.
•    To provide feedback to the business once services / goods have been fully delivered, or throughout the process


We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:
•    Google – using cookies when you visit or interact with our website, to allow monitoring of website usage, access and effectiveness across devices and users, as well as allowing us to make improvements.
•    Stripe – When visiting or placing an order through our online store or card payment system, to allow for payment, processing and delivery of orders
•    Stripe – When you pay invoices or other fees due online through stripe, to allow us to confirm and track payment online
•    Monzo – When you view, accept, or comment on quotes, invoices, documents or other items shared through Monzo, to allow us to track orders, customer details and business transactions


We use the information that you have given us in order to provide, advertise and communicate about some or all of the services we have on offer. The information allows us to effectively communicate with you about all aspects of a project, as well as allowing us to accept payments and offer ongoing support where required. Some of the information collected can also be used to customise the website for you or your device and make future improvements to our website.
We may share this information with third parties, these include:

>  “Monzo” for generating quotes and invoices, keeping a record of customer contact details and payments received, processing payments, audit trail, tax and accounting purposes and shopping through our online store.

> “Microsoft" for processing booking and keeping in contact with you.

> "Google" to allow customer management, quoting, invoicing and contact, to get in touch when you contact us through the website or wish to use our services, to manage bookings for future and store historical customer booking data and to get in touch when you sign up to receive updates from us (or record that you do not wish to receive updates, if that is your preference).

> Online streaming platforms, such as "YouTube" to allow for the live streaming and playback of an event where requested or agreed

> Other Selected partner organisations who assist with the supply of services, equipment, personnel and expertise on a project by project basis.

How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored using cloud services provided by the suppliers highlighted above. Some of these are hosted in areas outside of the EEA, where different data protection laws apply.
We keep your details for the minimum amount of time required in line with the with the service(s) we provide(d) to you, or you provide(d) to us. If ongoing support or re-contact is a possibility, this will be for an extended period or until you ask us to remove these details. When information about you is no longer needed, or you request its removal, we will dispose of it by manually deleting records containing your identifiable information, or setting rules which complete this task automatically.
Some information, such as transaction records, may be kept for tax, accounting, dispute resolution or legal purposes. This information will be kept for a minimum of the legally required time frame, regardless of any request made by you. All information stored is protected by a minimum of one security measure (eg: Password, Fingerprint or ID Confirmation), with access restricted to those detailed in the privacy statement. We will always do our best to protect the information we hold, however we cannot be responsible for the actions of individuals or groups who gain unauthorised access to any system we use or maintain; we make no warranty, express, implied or otherwise, that we will prevent malicious access.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
